THINGS DIDN’T WORK OUT? NO HARD FEELINGS…

​If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and components included, when accompanied by an original Yetibeb receipt/invoice. Please note that returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused and not accepted. Yetibeb allows full refunds or exchanges for items within 14 days of the original purchase.

If you received a handbag as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at Yetibebdesign@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number or first and last name of the person who gifted the item.

• Date of when you received this item.

• Please note that only handbags purchased directly from our website can be considered for exchange.

• Customers will be responsible for the shipping and shipping costs of returning the handbag(s) to Handbag Yetibeb.

• Customers will receive a refund once the handbag(s) have been returned.

 

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be:

• New, unused, unwashed, and in excellent condition.

• Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange.

• Accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt.​

 

Please note that items purchased in a Painted  Tree store cannot be returned to the Yetibeb website. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. The credit will include the price of the item returned as well as any taxes paid. Please note that shipping charges incurred on the original order will not be included in the credit. The credit should appear on your next statement, and you will receive an email confirming the completion of the return processing.

 

Merchandise bought on Yetibeb with PayPal or third-party payment methods like Affirm can only be refunded to the original purchasing account, and exchanges are not allowed. Yetibeb may change its return and exchange policy at any time.
